Charan joined Compass Real Estate’s annual RETREAT in Charleston, SC as a guest speaker, sharing psychologically grounded tools to help agents grow their businesses. He emphasized fostering collaboration, trust, and empowerment while providing actionable strategies to boost productivity and strengthen connections.
